We always respect your privacy and the copyright for your work. Sample edits and all documents that are part of the editing process are kept private and secure.
Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics for traffic monitoring. It collects some anonymous analytic information, which is stored securely in Google’s servers.

How long we retain your data
The web server stores submissions made through the contact form indefinitely, including your name, email address, and the message sent. However, no sample documents are stored. The website administrator (Julie Kay-Wallace) is the only user with access to that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have submitted a message through the contact form, you can request to receive another copy of the submission (one is automatically sent to your email address). You can also request that I erase your stored contact form submissions.
Contact form submissions are the only data stored on this server.

An automated spam detection service checks our contact form. Specifically, this website uses Google’s ReCAPTCHA service, Version 3.

Privacy and, therefore encryption, is an important part of keeping the internet safe for its users.
This website is run on a secure cloud-based server and distributed over a secure and encrypted web protocol (HTTPS). HTTPS is designed to keep any information given safe. Anti-malware software secures the website. All contact form submissions are transmitted using encrypted email protocol (TLS), and verified with SPF and DKIM records that help keep the information you’ve sent secure and private.
What third parties we receive data from
We receive anonymized data from Google Analytics and Google ReCAPTCHA about web traffic and spam concerns.
Editing contracts
Using this website and submitting a sample edit through the contact form does not constitute a contract for editing. Editing contracts are negotiated and signed privately, after the client has contacted Julie. The web server does not store any editing contract or editing work, and no editing work is conducted through the website.
Editing work is conducted solely through email and other private communications.
